You know how an idea or tip keeps appearing to you enough times that you take notice?
This week I’m working on ‘book ending’ my days. Creating habits at the start and end of each day that will keep me focused and motivated on taking action and moving my life forward.
Now I already do this to some extent, we all do. It’s adding a couple of new things and being consistent in the application that is my challenge right now. Read 10 pages of a good book each morning? Easy. Started that a while ago. Have I done this every morning since? Of course not.
What is it that makes it difficult to take these small steps each day? Easy to do, soooo easy not to do. So extra effort needed to make this a habit.
